, there is so much beautiful fabric available, it’s hard to control the urge to start a new project with every new wonderful fabric you see or buy. It reminds me of a 2 year old running from one toy to the next until he has emptied his whole toy box. I always feel that I’m 4 or 5 projects behind.
Here’s my newest art quilt. I have had a lot of interesting results with combining the colored acrylic inks and silk paints. This is a good example. The abstract back drop inspired the theme.
